Adalaj Pavilion, the signature all day diner restaurant at ITC Narmada will host a lavish brunch buffet specially curated by the culinary experts in ITC kitchens. The buffet will begin from 1 pm and go upto, wherein fathers can indulge into culinary delights with their kids. ITC Chefs have especially curated a menu with special inclusions which were their fathers’ favourite preparations.
Guests can look forward to an indulgent brunch experience at Adalaj Pavilion’s Special Brunch Buffet featuring a selection of culinary favourites such as Gosht Yakhni Pulao (Chef Gulshan), Kacha Lonka Diye Murg er Jhol (Chef Harshit), Mixed Veg Avial (Chef Mohit), Jackfruit Biryani (Chef Deepak), Kashmiri Aloo Dum (Chef Avnika) and Goan Prawn Curry (Chef Nanda).
