Ahmedabad, July 12, 2024: ITC Narmada, a luxury collection hotel in Ahmedabad, will simply elevate your Sunday brunch experience with their special themed-brunch buffet over the coming three Sundays. Known for its fine culinary offerings and unmatched luxury hospitality experience, ITC Narmada introduces a diverse range of dishes inspired by popular culture, assuring a delightful experience for all ages. Over the coming three Sundays, the brunch is being organised as part of ITC Narmada’s ‘52 Sundays’ initiative.
The three key themes for the buffet include: ‘Avengers Brunch – A Marvelous Feast’, ‘Tele Brunch: A Tribute to TV Show Favourites’ and ‘Olympics Fever Brunch: Celebrating Athletic Excellence’. The brunch buffet will be available on July 14, 21 and 28, 2024, respectively at ITC Narmada’s all-day diner restaurant, Adalaj Pavillion.
The Avengers Brunch on July 14 – Sunday is sure to take Marvel Comics fans on a nostalgia trip to the world of superheroes, featuring dishes inspired by popular characters. Some of the offerings includes Delight in the Hope Van Dyne Butternut and Mascarpone Pie, the Peggy Carter Fish Nuggets with Crispy Fries, the Stephen Strange Steamed Vegetable & Chicken Dumplings – all offering a magical melange of flavours.
For our patrons with a penchant for spicy and savoury dishes, the T’Challa Spiced Beans Stew is bound to elevate their taste palette. The Bruce Banner Variety of Pizzas along with the Thor Herb and Lemon Marinated Whole Chicken will be hearty and flavourful highlights of the main course. The elaborate feast will be polished off with the Wanda Maximoff Alivenci, a Romanian cornmeal dessert, to add a sweet ending to your superhero meal.
At the Tele Brunch on July 21, ITC Narmada’s guests are in for a treat as they will get to devour dishes inspired by iconic TV characters. Some of these include, ‘The Monica Geller Special Insalata Di Carciofi’ a refreshing artichoke salad that brings a touch of sophistication to your plate; Raj’s Big Bang Golgappa Station, offering an interactive experience of Indian street food. Fans of traditional Gujarati cuisine will love the ‘Dayaben ki Dal Dhokli’, a comforting and flavourful lentil preparation.
Every single preparation at The Olympics Fever Brunch on July 28 will be crafted to honour and celebrate different sports loved by fans world over. Some of these include the Javelin Special Dahi Bhalla Chaat, making a cool and tangy treat perfect for a summer-monsoon day; the Badminton Special Andhra Chicken Biryani, a fragrant and spicy rice dish that is sure to satisfy your cravings and The Flying Disc Special Besan Chila, a savoury chickpea flour pancake, offers a delicious and nutritious option.
The hotel’s 52 Sundays themed brunch, began in April this year and during this period it has garnered tremendous response from in-house guests and walk-in customers too.
